The Process
After our Initial Consult, I’ll create a custom Proposal with the Florals and ideas we’ve discussed along with inspiration photos and costs involved.
Once the retainer has been paid (20%), you’re welcome to contact me via email, phone or schedule a zoom call to discuss anything that may arise between now and the day of your Event. An onsite walk through is included in the costs. We can also create a mock up of you table design to work out exactly how everything will look in the space.
I’ll reach out to schedule a Final Consult 3 months before your Event so we can talk about any changes, timing, vendor, colors, numbers and anything that may be a factor in your day running smoothly.
Wedding Planners and Day Of Coordinators are welcome to join.
A lot can change between the Initial Consult and your Event so I like to be as flexible as possible when it comes to communication and creativity.
Within the months leading up to your Event, we’ll source everything we need to create your Florals, from the mechanics to hand dyed ribbon.
The week of your wedding we begin conditioning the flowers and creating your florals in the Studio.
We also offer Flower Pressing, turning your wedding florals into art and begin the process as soon as your flowers are fully conditioned.
On the day, depending on the scope of work, we’ll be there bright and early to deliver your Personal Florals and then begin creating the Ceremony, Tablescapes and Installations we have discussed in detail.
